The Tulsa PAC Trust and Williams Companies are proud to bring local art back to Tulsa with Arts in the Air. Every Friday and Saturday evening, September 11 through November 14, a different group of local and regional entertainers will put their incredible talents on display at the Williams Green, located just west of the PAC. Each event will be free to the public. Some seating will be provided, but feel free to bring your own seating with you. In order to keep these events as safe as possible, please understand that all attendees must practice social distancing and wear a mask.
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 18th - Kyle Dillingham and Horseshoe Road
Kyle Dillingham and Horseshoe Road blends an eclectic musical style ranging from Blues to Bluegrass, Gypsy Jazz to Western Swing, Country, Rock and Gospel into an earthy genre of music they call Heartland Acoustic. Horseshoe Road celebrated Oklahoma's centennial internationally through their performances with a tour of Japan and Thailand, and their tour was filmed as part of an official Oklahoma Centennial Project. They also performed numerous shows at the 2000 Oklahoma State Fair Centennial Expo, along with a performance that same year as a featured part of the big Centennial Spectacular. In 2008, Horseshoe Road completed a US Embassy-sponsored tour of Thailand, which commemorated the 175th anniversary of relations between the United States of America and the Kingdom of Thailand; it was the first time an American band had ever performed in four of the five cities they toured. They are also the winner of the 2011 International Acoustic Music Awards in the Country/Bluegrass category. 465 - module_3803 EventDescriptionModule moduleMedium
